Clean Spaces, Clear Minds — Honoring Sacrifice Through Stewardship
Some people clean for a paycheck. Others clean for peace of mind.
But I grew up watching someone clean as a form of worship.
My mom didn’t just clean homes to make ends meet. She cleaned the church every week for free. She used to say,
“If I could just be a housekeeper in the house of God, I’d be happy when I get to Heaven.”
That kind of heart shaped me.
Memorial Day is about honoring those who gave everything. It’s a reminder that freedom has a cost, and that some sacrifices were made quietly, faithfully, and without applause.
At Steward Clean we believe that’s the kind of work we’re called to do too. The kind that’s done behind the scenes. The kind that honors others. The kind that says, “This space matters. These people matter. And I’m here to serve.”
So today we remember those who laid down their lives for something greater.
And we do our work, however small, with the same kind of heart.
Clean spaces. Clear minds.
Because freedom is worth honoring, and stewardship starts with respect.
